£1000 Xbox 360 FIFA 10 Tournament at Multiplay’s i38 event

Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November will see 32 FIFA10 players descend on Newbury Racecourse, Berkshire for one of the first Xbox360 FIFA 10 UK tournaments.
With £1000 up for grabs there is sure to be some intense rivalry over the 2 days and some fantastic games of FIFA10. Being operated as part of Multiplay’s i38 event by our good friends at Sweetpatch.tv, Team-Dignitas and PowerGaming it promises to set the bar for the rest of the year and gives players the opportunity to flex their FIFA 10 muscles for the first time.
Saturday will play host to a group stage where 4 players from each group of 8 will progress into Sunday for the knock-out bracket.
In order to enter players will need to register online and be prepared to pay £10 entry per day as a spectator of the Multiplay event. Administration of the tournament will be handled utilising a new system from EA SPORTS currently undergoing beta testing and due for release before Christmas.
The Grand Final should be being broadcast online and fingers crossed we will have some footage from the event to upload including photos and some videos.
These will be hosted on EA SPORTS Football World and scores from the event should also be available during the course of the weekend.
